Lower Body Burn

 An intensive half hour of lower bodywork that focuses on getting those areas most women find the hardest to tone and reshape. This class includes vertical and mat postures that work the gluteus, inner and outer thighs, and hips. Finally liberate yourself from that "pain in the butt" and then some...


Muay Thai Kickboxing

The most well known form of kickboxing from South East Asia put into an instructional group fitness format. Learn the basic techniques, while getting in shape. As your skill level progresses so will your level of fitness. All are welcome.


Pilates, Open Level

This is a contemporary Pilates mat class that focuses on strengthening, stretching, and releasing with an emphasis on deep abdominal and back muscles and correct alignment. The class is upbeat, challenging, and fun, and incorporates props such as the foam roller and magic circle.


Spin

Indoor Cycling classes offer something for everyone. If you are just getting into exercise or you are training for a Century ride, come enjoy an intense hour of cardio set to inspiring soundtracks. Classes range from interval classes, to endurance ("fat burning") workouts. Make sure to bring water and if you are new to indoor cycle, get there 10 minutes before the start of class so the instructor can help you with your bike set up.

Ab Core

This half hour ab class is directed at increasing abdominal strength and core stability by incorporating a variety of exercises and a dynamic well rounded approach.


"Billyburg" Boot Camp w/ Charlotte

"Billyburg" Boot Camp is a demanding cardiovascular workout that consists of agility drills, strength training, circuit training, and ends with an abdominal workout. All levels are welcome.


Body Sculpting

A routine designed to work all major muscle groups from head to toe applying dumbbells, body bars, and steps. Sculpt your body by, first, building a foundation for muscle development, second, adding shape and tone, and finally, refining the muscles you develop. All levels are welcome.



Cardio Kickboxing

Intense cardiovascular and strength conditioning class that reshapes your body through focused jabs, kicks, and punches. During this class, instructors incorporate boxing, Tae Kwon Do, as well as Karate techniques. This cardio workout will instantly explode in exciting and challenging Hi/Low training with high energy music. All levels are welcome.




Mommy Bootcamp


Pilates

The newest and most effective workout to strengthen the core and create overall balance, strength and flexibility throughout the body. The class will work on preserving the natural curvature of the spine while teaching you the most effective way to work the abdominals through Pilate’s exercises. This is an evolved, mat Pilates class open to all levels as I usually modify it, depending on the class ability.


Pilates Intermediate/Advanced

An hour long class focusing on developing balanced posture through core strength, both spinal and abdominal. This is a classical Pilates mat class also incorporating various props such as the "magic circle", pysio-ball and roller. Open levels are encouraged to come, but the class will be geared toward bodies educated at intermediate and advanced levels in Pilates.


Step/Interval

A low impact, high energy workout utilizing a step platform. Designed to burn calories and improve your cardiovascular conditioning. All levels are welcome.


Yoga Vinyasa


Vinyasa is the coordination of the movement with the breath. In this open class we practice how to be aware of the sensations of the body and the fluctuations of the mind. It is a challenging class with introductions to arm balances and inversions. The benefits of Vinyasa are endurance, flexibility, strength, coordination, improving breathing capacity and much more!
